Arsenal seem to have turned their heads to many big names this summer transfer window, and now they have  seemed serious with a 30 mil Pounds offere for Liverpool so as to release their number one dead eye shooter.

Arsenal are also linked with a move for the Argentinian Gonzalo Higuain, which has now lasted for several weeks, as Madrid were sent a 30 mil pounds offer awaiting a reply.
