SIMBA not in so great form so far after leaving with one piont

Defending Champions Simba SC were held to a goalless draw by newly promoted Mgambo JKT away at Mkwakwani Stadium in Tanga on Sunday.
This was Simba's third successive draw in the League following their 2-2 draw with Kagera Sugar and a goalless draw with Coastal Union.
Simba still on top of the league with 19 points, while the gap on Azam who have two games in hand is reduced to two, and a five point gap over their bitter rivals Yanga who are third.
“The results is a draw, and we are not happy with it,” Simba's head coach Milovan Cirkovic told SuperSport.com.
“The pitch we played on was of poor standard. The pitch is not for playing football, it’s for fighting. Even Barcelona here they won't play. But my players played strongly throughout the game,” he added.
“We had a lot of chances in the game game, and the refereeing also was poor. Felix Sunzu, and Ngassa (Mrisho) were taken down a number of times, the referee kept on ignoring. Despite that, we hit the post three times in the game, so I guess we were not lucky to score today.”
“There is still a lot of games to play, the League is not over, we now look forward to win our next games and maintain our position.”
Sunday's Results:
Mgambo JKT 0-0 Simba SC
JKT Ruvu 1-1 JKT Oljoro
Tanzania Prisons 1-0 Toto Africans
